Dennis Bamber, the founder and president of Music Factory Direct has been involved in music all of his life and the music industry for the past 30 years. As a musician, Bamber performed with various artists in both the classical and jazz Modes. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Indiana University where he studied with noted saxophonists Eugene Rousseau, Daniel Deffayet of the Paris Conservatory, and Jazz with David Baker.
During his career as a performing musician, Yamaha clinician, international award winning saxophonist, and teacher,instructor at The University of Notre Dame, Bamber founded The Woodwind & Brasswind in a converted barber and beauty shop. IN addition to that company, he cofounded Woodbrass.com in 1999, located in Paris, France. After selling The Woodwind and The Brasswind in 2007, He then utilized his broad expertise to focus on bringing the finest instruments at the lowest possible price from around the globe to musicians here in the US. The result is Music Factory Direct.
