Korg Latin Dance Expansion Cards for PA80

Here is an amazing selection of instruments, samples and Styles to add a Latin flair to your Pa80. Packed with data, the RMCPCM03 contains both instrument samples as well as 32 new Styles. These are authentic Latin sounds and Styles, created thanks to a joint effort between Korg and Evento Suono, a small Italian software house which realized the sounds and the styles for the card, adhering to Korg's excellent quality standard.

"Groove Sampling" captures live performers playing real instruments for incredibly authentic Latin performances. By using a professional studio (24-bit, 96 kHz recording) to record top professional musicians playing live, these audio grooves have a very natural feel. Korg's time-slice technology allows the tempo to be varied in a ±30 BPM range without a noticeable loss of quality. These groove samples provide the basis for 32 new Latin Styles – including up-to-date Cuban, New York, Spanish and Euro beats.

Also included are 18 "Master Drum Kits" featuring an array of Latin Percussion instruments spread across the keyboard. You can think of them as self-contained groove construction kits with a specific theme. Seven new Latin instrument sounds have been added as well. The data is contained on a PMCIA Flash Card that slides right into the expansion slot on the back of the Pa80, and it loads into the instrument automatically - no additional .PCG file is required.
