Gretsch 5x14 Hammered Copper Snare 8 Lug

The Hammered Antique Copper snares are made with a 100% copper. The 1.1mm brass shell is rolled, and then welded with a clean, durable seam. The shell is then uniformly hammered over the entire surface. The combination of copper material and hammered texture provide for a fundamentally dark and dry tone. The shell has a 40-degree bearing edge and is finished in an antiqued patina.
