The top is solid cedar, for a smooth, balanced tone with brilliant sustain-great for jazz rhythms and intimate settings. The Takamine acoustic guitar features amazing clarity, and focused low end, with a dry, woody overall sound. The back and sides are Sapeli mahogany, adding projection and definition to the sustain.
