The saxophone at hand is the "OPRHEO SIGNATURE Alto Sax". It is made out of brass with High Copper content! Also, it has a High Polished Copper plating finish with a light clear lacquer coating, thus, eliminating any possible tarnishing! This instrument has it all - A Large Bell, Italian Leather Pads and Resonators, an extra large right-hand Thumb rest, Double support arms for lower cups. A triple ring strap hook, Abalone key touches, English Blue steel needle springs, and Hand-cut engraving through-out the horn. It is "BRAND NEW" and come with our 2 year warranty, as well as our 30 day money back trial period! And, it comes complete with a molded Case, Mouthpiece, Ligature, Polishing cloth and Neck strap!

If you are in the market for an intermediate or professional saxophone, look no further. In particular, the Orpheo Signature in copper is a great saxophone. First, the picture does not do it justice. When my sax arrived, the first thing I checked to see was if there were any dents, and I found none. It was professionally packed, like it came from the factory. Each key had a cork securing its place. The second thing I did was look for any leaks using leak light, and I found none. When I tried it out of the box, I was simply blown away by its amazing sound. The intonation of this sax is perfect, and the low notes come off easy. I have played other saxophones before, and this is even better than a Yani. This saxophone is worth twice its price. I would also like to mention that Ken of Music Factory Direct was awesome. Thanks, Ken, and thanks, Music Factory Direct.

I have owned my Orpheo Signature Alto for almost 1 1/2 years now and it has changed the way I play for the better. This horn plays way better than any of the BIG 4 like Selmer, JK, Yamaha and P. Mauriat and it looks sensational when I gig out. If you are seeking a modern horn but with the sound of an old Selmer SBA this is the one own, plus you will not find better service than at MFD.

Thanks to the very knowledgeable staff here at Music Factory Direct, I am now a very proud owner of the Orpheo Signature Copper Brass Alto Saxophone. I spent an entire day testing and playing this horn after getting it from UPS and Ill just have to say that this is by far one of the best altos I have ever played or even felt under my fingers. The tone that I get out of this horn is a rich full bodied tone with quite a bit of complexity to it. There is a bit of brightness to the tone, but it was never shrill or tinny sounding. That is the number one quality in a horn that I have been searching for these past 5 years. The high copper content in the horn definitely contributes a lot to the big sound you get from this sax. Im a big dude with big hands, so ergonomics has always been kind of a tricky thing especially with altos, but with this one, everything feels very comfortable and very solid. The build quality of the horn is also very solid and everything responds very smoothly as one would expect from a professional level horn. I took it to a rehearsal last night and everyone was blown away by not only the looks, but also the sound of the horn. Its a very impressive horn and a mind blowing price. Definitely not a horn to pass up if you have the chance. With the experience Im having with this alto, Im very tempted to get a matching Tenor. Thanks to everyone here at Music Factory Direct. This is a horn that I look forward to playing for as long as I can.
