Is this Cheaper than Renting from my Child’s School?

Yes it is, by far! When you rent from a school, you can sometimes pay as much as 300% more in rental fees than if you were to just buy the instrument outright. How Much is Shipping?

We offer free ground shipping to the 48 contiguous United States on most orders over $49. For all other destinations you will be able to select your shipping options at check out. Faster shipping is available and is a simple click away at checkout.



Can I Return the Item?

Sure thing! We offer a 30 day return with full refund on most products. On instruments we offer a 7-Day Trial Period. (Does not include transit time.) Many items also come with a 1 - 5 year warranty, so please check the individual listings for details. What Do I Do If My Order Is Damaged?

Carefully inspect your FedEx package for visible shipping damage when you receive it. Notify FedEx immediately at 1-800-GO-FEDEX. Have your shipping label with the tracking number with you when you call. All claims must be initiated by you, the customer. Keep all original packaging, This is very important. FedEx will usually pick up the item and packaging for inspection. After contacting FedEx, please contact us so we’re aware of the situation. You can also ask for a replacement to be sent at that time. For all USPS (Postal Service) shipped items please call us toll free at 1- 888-368-7770 with any problems within 72 hours of receipt.
